About Senseless Squares

In Creative Coding, we looked at a lot of artwork, and I learned that many people (and by many I mean at least two) are fascinated by computer-generated squares. In this project, I recreated one of those pieces of art, called Walk Through Raster (1966) by Frieder Nake. This is just one in a series of square drawings, and there’s a scan of it on the Digital Art Museum website. You can compare the original to my recreation and judge me all you want. I’m proud of this one because I learned how to draw a square by making my own function.
